Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a real manufacturing factory. Guangzhou Qiuzhi Radiator Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Qiuzhi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. We own complete production equipment, R&D team and QC department for computer cooling products, fans, water radiators and electronic cables. OEM & ODM services are available.
Q2: Can you do OEM / ODM custom service? What customization can you provide?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM are warmly welcomed. We support custom logo, custom packaging, appearance modification, parameter adjustment for CPU coolers, water radiators, LED COB heat sinks, case fans, fan controllers and wires & cables. Our R&D team can work according to your drawings or samples.
Q3: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: For our existing QiuzAim brand standard models, small trial orders are acceptable. For OEM / ODM customized orders, MOQ depends on different products and custom requirements. Please contact us for detailed MOQ.
Q4: What is your production lead‑time?
A: For stock standard items: 1-3 working days.
For mass‑production orders: 7‑15 working days based on order quantity.
For new OEM/ODM development projects, sample lead‑time is 1‑20 working days.Q5: Can you provide samples for quality testing?
A: Yes, sample orders are supported. Customers need to bear the sample cost and freight. Sample cost can be partly refunded when you place formal bulk orders.
Q6: What about your quality control?
A: Every batch of products goes through strict QC inspection before shipment. We carry out aging & performance testing for cooling fans, CPU coolers and water radiators. We can provide related test reports if required.
Q7: Which countries do your products export to?
A: Our QiuzAim cooling‑series products are sold to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide through online and offline channels. We have rich experience for global market requirements.
Q8: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We support Alibaba Trade Assurance, under which buyers can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Digital Wallet (Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and European online bank transfer. We also accept T/T (Wire Transfer) for large‑volume orders. For customized OEM/ODM orders, normally 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Note:Trade Assurance is Alibaba’s escrow service. The payment is held by Alibaba platform and will be released to us once you confirm receipt of goods.
